Pain au Chocolat and Orange Danishes

These are some petit viennoiserie. They are some dark chocolate and orange pain au chocolate and some orange jam danishes.

I love making danish pastry dough as it involves kneading and laminating, my two favourite methods. The layers are excellent and they are puffed and risen. The pastry is buttery and rich and the filling flavoursome and delicious. I am very pleased with these, although I might make them a bit bigger in future!
