Vanilla and Strawberry Chocolate Eclairs

These are some choux puffs filled with vanilla crème chiboust and topped with a chocolate icing and freeze dried strawberries.

The choux pastry itself was puffed and crisp and the cream deliciously flavoursome. It was a little runny however filled well. The look and flavours are great.
