Coffee, Cardamom and Walnut Cream Puffs

These are some choux pastry puffs filled topped with chopped walnuts and filled with coffee and cardamom crème chiboust.

The puff of the pastry was excellent and the choux buns were dry and crisp. The flavours are delicious with the subtle spice. The cream was a little runny however, with a more set crème patisserie or a little whipped cream, they would have been perfect.
