Salted Caramel Banoffee Pots and Hazelnut Grissini





These are some pots of salted caramel, banana and chocolate ganache served with some hazelnut grissini. 

The caramel was soft and sticky, with a slight hint of salt giving a delicious undertone. The chocolate topping was perfectly set and rich and the banana gave a fruity addition. The grissini aren't very sweet so perfectly compliment the dessert. They are crisp and crunchy.
