Peaches and Custard Tiramisu





This is a layered trifle style dessert made of sponge soaked in coffee and amaretto, vanilla creme patisserie and peaches, topped with flaked almonds.

It set exceptionally well and I am very happy with its look. The flavours blended well together and, perhaps with a little amaretto, no improvements are needed. A fabulous take on an Italian classic.
