Cheddar and Black Pepper Loaf

This is a simple white and wholemeal loaf flavoured with black pepper and grated cheddar cheese.

The dough itself was soft and rose well. It was a little wet when proved hence spread a bit and didn't score well. This is why it doesn't look quite perfect, but other than that it is a great loaf of bread. I need to find something to score my bread with well.
