Chocolate and Pine Nut Tuiles

These are some tuile biscuits. The first are chocolate and pine nut, and the second vanilla and chocolate curls.

These are beautifully crisp and have a lovely delicate flavour. These are better tuiles than I have made before. The mix was easy to spread out thinly and baked well. I found it fun playing with the two mixes. I am glad I tried these today as tuiles will be great for decoration.
