Vanilla, Gooseberry and Hazelnut Cupcakes





These are individual cupcakes made with ground hazelnuts. They are filled with a dollop of vanilla and gooseberry jam and topped with a vanilla buttercream, vanilla biscuits and chopped toasted hazelnuts.

The cake is light and has a lovely texture from the addition of ground hazelnuts. The flavours blend together perfectly and they look beautiful as well. I am very happy with this bake.
