Feta and Za'atar Flatbreads
These are some moroccan inspired flatbreads designed to marry perfectly with my homemade lamb tagine. They are full of a za'atar mix of sesame seeds, thyme and marjoram and crumbled feta cheese.
The bread is light and soft with a flavour that matches well with the tagine. They puffed up, unexpectedly, but are fantastic nonetheless.
