Blueberry, Raisin and Cinnamon Chorley Cakes

These are some traditional shortcrust pastry chorley cakes with an alternative filling of cinnamon and nutmeg spiced dried blueberries and raisins.

The pastry is buttery, short and baked well. The filling is sweet, sugary and well spiced. They are a great, simple, bake.
