Lemon Jam and Curd Drizzle Scones

These are some scones flavoured with lemon zest and filled with leftover lemon curd and blueberry and cherry jam. They are drizzled with a lemon icing.

The flavour of the scones is lemony and tangy with a lovely sweet drizzle topping. The filling adds an extra flavour however ext time I would have ensured it was sealed inside better. They are light and rose beautifully. Despite the jam and curd leakage they are lovely.
