Lemon, Rosemary and Feta Chicken Rolls

These are my summery take on a sausage roll. They are puff pastry filled with lemon and rosemary flavoured chicken, feta cheese and topped with poppy seeds.

The pastry puffed up beautifully to become light and crisp. The filling is cooked through and has a lovely flavour. They are delicious and perfect for my dinner at work!
