Strawberry and Poppyseed Muffins

These are some american muffins with poppyseeds and strawberries. They are drizzled with water icing.

The cake is almost batter like as opposed to a sponge and has a delicious light flavour. The poppyseeds and strawberries compliment each other perfectly. They look lovely and taste great.
