Strawberry Jam Roly Poly

Once again I've made a pudding for camp. I have made strawberry jam roly poly for 60 people!

It is deliciously stodgy and full of sweet strawberry jam. It will be great served with a huge spoonful of custard and a dollop of extra jam!
