Perfecting the Classics

I spend my time writing recipes and baking small quantities frequently, however I thought it was about time I perfected some that others can bake. I have selected a number of classics to adapt and add a subtle twist to, making them that little bit more special. 

There will be past and future recipes posted so others can enjoy my baking, although you will have to do the baking (and clearing up) yourself!
