Brown Butter Brioche Crown
This is a basic brioche loaf made with browned butter, and glazed with more browned butter.
This may seem like a simple bake, but I was yet to produce the perfect brioche. I think, today, I have done just that. It is soft and light textured with a rich buttery flavour. it has no cracks in the top and looks elegant and inviting. I think I can at last tick the 'perfect brioche' off my list!
