Double Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chelsea Buns

These are some chelsea buns filled with crunchy peanut butter and chopped white and dark chocolate. They are glazed with apricot jam.

The dough is soft, light and well textured. The peanut butter flavour is strong, with a crunch of hte peanuts. The chocolate is subtle but adds a richness that complements the peanut butter perfectly. They are golden brown, well baked and absolutely delicious.
