Sundried Tomato Loaf
This is today's bread. It is a light wholemeal loaf rolled with sundried tomato paste and black pepper.
The bread is the best bake I have yet achieved, and the sundried tomato flavour is subtle and perfect to make a delicious sandwich. The shape is a little peculiar due to my folding under of the ends but I kind of like its quirkiness and the surprise view of the middle.
