Rhubarb and Custard Whirls





These are some vanilla custard flavoured viennese whirl biscuits sandwiched with rhubarb and vanilla jam and buttercream.

The biscuit itself is buttery and light with a crisp crunch. The flavours of the vanilla and rhubarb compliment each other well, and the hint of custard is a welcome addition. They melt in the mouth and are heavenly.
