Rhubarb Jelly and Custard Millefeuille





These are some ginger flavoured puff pastry millefeuille filled with vanilla creme patisserie and rhubarb jelly.

The pastry is crisp and light with a delicious flavour. The jelly has a good flavour of rhubarb and goes well with the vanilla cream. The creme patisserie is thankful for the addition of whipped cream as it is lightened beautifully. These were very difficult to slice up, but other than that I am very happy!
