Blood Orange Curd Brownies

These are some dark chocolate brownies flavoured with blood orange zest and filled with a blood orange curd.

The brownie is baked to just soft and squidgy inside and has a luxuriously chocolatey flavour. The orange curd in the centre gives a hit of orange that perfectly compliments the chocolate making them extra special. These are heavenly to eat.
