Lemon and Fennel Seed Iced Buns

I made some lemon and fennel seed buns filled with homemade lemon curd and topped with lemon icing and lemon zest.

They are a lovely batch of buns with a delicious tangy lemon flavour. The fennel seed is subtle but adds an extra twist. They look appetising and the taste and texture is perfect.
