Cheese and Bacon Puffs

This was me using up my leftover puff pastry making one of my mum's favourites. They are cheddar and bacon puffs.

The pastry puffed well and was light and crisp. The bacon cooked perfectly and the cheese was warm and melted. They were excellent.
