Raspberry and Redcurrant Red Nose Buns.

These are some sweet buns flavoured with vanilla, topped with redcurrant and raspberry jam, and drizzled with icing.

They are soft and well baked. The jam on top was supposed to be in the middle but again, I was silly and it rose with the buns. Nonetheless it is sticky, sweet and fruity and the icing makes them look extra special.
