Mojito Babas
These are my lime yeasted babas soaked in a mint, lime and rum syrup and topped with whipped cream and lime zest.
The bread itself is soft and light with a perfect spring. They rose very well with a perfect shape to fill with cream thanks to my new baking tin. The syrup is full of flavour and delicious. The mint is strong and the rum is subtle, making it a delicate taste. The cream perfectly compliments all the textures and flavours. I am very happy with these, they are lovely.
