Irish Stew Suet Pudding

This is a steamed suet pudding filled with a traditional irish stew of lamb, onion, potato and carrot flavoured with thyme and parsley.

The pastry was delicious and soft. The filling was flavoursome and the whole pudding was delicious. I am very happy with this! It did collapse but that was because of its shape and, well, gravity!
