Raspberry and Chocolate Shortbread Dodgers

These are some jammy dodgers baked to raise money for red nose day. They are a shortbread filled with raspberry jam and decorated with dark and white chocolate.

I made a rather large batch of these and, despite the quanitity, I am very pleased with how each one has turned out. They are short and crisp, with a buttery flavour. I'm sure they will sell well!
