Turmeric Bread

This loaf of bread is a four strand plaited loaf flavoured with turmeric and sprinkled with black onion seeds.

It may look a little odd in colour, but the turmeric makes it vibrant in both look and taste. The black onion seeds give a subtle slightly spiced kick which is a very welcome flavour addition. I am over the moon with how it looked, with the plaited design turning out perfectly. I also think this may be 'technically' the best loaf I have ever baked.
