Marmalade Crackle Biscuits

I have baked some little crackle biscuits flavoured with orange and filled with marmalade.

The biscuits were smaller than intended when I wrote the recipe as I seemed to misread the amount of sugar I intended to add (I clearly haven't learnt from previous mistakes!), but they did crack wonderfully. They have a subtle orange flavour, with an added sweetness from rolling them in the icing sugar, making them taste delicious with the tangy marmalade centre.
