Chai Biscuits

I have baked some biscuits flavoured with chai spice, topped with a cream cheese icing and dusted with more chai powder.

The biscuits turned out perfectly crisp, crunchy and short with a subtle yet perfectly balanced spice. I have never made a cream cheese icing before and thought it worked very well and gave a great flavour to the biscuits, making them resemble a creamy chai latte. They are simple looking biscuits but they taste great.
