Prosciutto, Parmesan and Rosemary Pinwheels



These little pinwheels are made from rough puff pastry filled with prosciutto, rosemary and parmesan.

The pastry is crisp, light and flaky, and the filling cheesy with a slighty salty kick from the prosciutto and a lovely earthy rosemary flavour. They are great little bites of delicious flavour.
