This is a vanilla crème brulee with mixed summer fruits and a sugar crust.

The flavour was sweet and refreshing. The crystallisation of the sugar didn't produce a crisp finish due to a lack of blow torch and a grill that wasn't hot enough. Other than that it was a great desse
