Bacon and Gruyere Quiches

I did some quiche after work baking. I made some shortcrust pastry quiches filled with bacon and gruyere cheese.

I have learnt that a quiche can have too much filling. It seems that next time one bigger (and deeper) tart tin should be used so I can get more filling inside! Other than that they turned out great!
