Plum, Cinnamon and Hazelnut Crumble Cake

This is a vanilla traycake topped with plum slices and a cinnamon and hazelnut crumble topping.

The cake was light and full of flavour, perfectly enhanced by the sweet plums. The topping was crisp and crumbly. The use of the dark brown sugar added to the look and slightly toffe-like flavour. This was delicious!
