Cherry Bakewell Puddings

These are some mini bakewell puddings of puff pastry, cherry jam and a sweet almondy topping.

The pastry is flaky and buttery and the jam sweet and fruity. The topping rose to form a hole in the centre due to the bubbles settling on top so they didn't sink as expected. Despite this they still look great and they taste even better!
