Chicken and Vegetable Pasty

This is pasty dough filled with some leftover roast chicken, carrot, parsnip, potato and chicken gravy flavoured with thyme and bay.

The filling is just moist enough and flavoursome. The pastry is crisp and delicious. It is a fabulous pasty and will be a delight to eat for dinner at work!
