Rhubarb, Orange and Maple Syrup Cheesecakes





These are some individual cheesecakes with an orange biscuit base with a maple syrup cream cheese topping and orange and maple syrup roasted rhubarb on top.

The biscuit base is crunchy and buttery. The topping is creamy and sweet and the rhubarb is delicious with it. They look perfect for Spring with our homegrown pink rhubarb!
