Chocolate, Pistachio and Raspberry Filo Turnovers

These are some filo pastry turnovers filled with chocolate, chopped pistachio and raspberries.

The pastry is thin and crisp. I do love making filo pastry, although it was too big for the kitchen worktop! The filling is chocolatey and rich with the fresh raspberry flavour.
