Orange Blossom Honey, Pistachio and Cream Cheese Madeleine Cakes

These are some miniature sandwich cakes of an orange blossom honey flavoured madeleine sponge, orange blossom honey cream cheese frosting and pistachio crumb.

The cake was very light and the flavour delicate. The use of the madeleine sponge was perfect as it elevated their flavour and texture. The cream cheese flavour complimented it perfectly and they were decorated to be elegant and appealing. They were small and perfectly placed in my afternoon tea.
