Spiced Apricot, Pistachio and Orange Buns.

I made some sweet buns for work today to celebrate our top place in the apricot bag sales competition. They are filled with apricots, raisins, pistachio nuts, orange zest, a spice mix of cinnamon and cardamom, and topped with an orange icing.

The dough was perfect and a pleasure to knead. The flavour was fabulous and I am over the moon. This is one of the best things I have made in a while.
