Cheddar and Caramelised Red Onion Wholemeal Garland Loaf.

This is a garland loaf filled with cheddar cheese and caramelised red onion in a wholemeal loaf. It is topped with cheese and onion also.

The rise and bake was perfect. The dough came together well and the flavour and smell were fantastic. Delicious!
