Raspberry S’mores




These are shortbread sandwiched with a vanilla crème patisserie, raspberries, toasted crushed hazelnuts and a raspberry marshmallow.

This my take on a bonfire treat. Ok, my experiment with gluten free puff pastry didn’t work so I had to change from a millefeuille to a shortbread and I also can’t seem to work gelatine so my marshmallow is very soft. But it is delicious none the less.
