Cherry Cake.

Today I made a madeira cake flavoured with lemon zest and toasted ground almonds with glacé cherries, decorated with a lemon icing, cherries and toasted flaked almonds.

I got to use my new bundt tin to make this and very much enjoyed seeing it not stick! The cherries were evenly distributed and it tasted incredible.
