Rapunzel Biscuit Tower.

This is a tower of two types of biscuits. There are rose water and pistachio, and orange blossom and almond shortbreads. It is decorated with a fondant icing. 

I am very pleased with the end result. It took a long time and a lot of persevering to decorate but the taste of the biscuits are great and the look isn’t too bad.
