Hot Water Crust Steak Pie.

Today I made a hand raised pie made of hot water crust pastry and filled with fillet steak, onion and thyme with a beef gravy.

This was a delicious tasting pie with a rich flavour. The hand raising was great, until I filled it! It turned out far better than I anticipated when I began. I am very pleased indeed.
