White Chocolate and Honeycomb Fridge Cake

This bake was a fairly simple one. It comprises broken homemade light muscovado sugar biscuits, homemade honeycomb pieces and chopped macadamia nuts all bound together with white chocolate and set in the fridge.

I think a little more white chocolate was perhaps needed to bind it together better, but other than that there isn't really much to say other than it is just little bites of sweet and crunchy indulgence.
