Potato and Rosemary Bunny Rolls
It is once again time for the Easter Bunny to visit. I have therefore baked some little bunny shaped rolls filled with a little mashed potato and flavoured with rosemary.
I'm not sure there is much to say about these other than that they turned out pretty much perfect. The bake was spot on with a soft, light and even crumb. The flavour is absolutely delicious, with the potato providing a unique and wonderful texture.
