Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheesecake

This is a baked cheesecake with a biscuit base mixed with a little dark chocolate, topped with alternating marbled layers of peanut butter and chocolate cheesecake mixtures. 

The biscuit base is crisp, crunchy and crumbly with a delicate chocolate flavour. The two cheesecakes are well balanced in flavour, although the chocolate mix could have taken a slightly higher cocoa chocolate. It is baked well, although could have perhaps done with an extra couple of minutes or longer chilling, but other than that I am fairly happy. The one change would be to make more of the peanut butter mix and less chocolate to improve the marbling, or to make it as a zebra cheesecake. Other than that it is great.
