Bacon and Caraway Seed English Muffins
I have been baking some English muffins, and filled with them with caraway seeds and bacon pieces.
The dough is soft, light and perfectly textured, with a slightly open crumb. The caraway seeds add a subtle aniseed flavour and is delicious with the bacon. The use of milk gives them a slight creaminess and sweet taste, making them a fantastic breakfast treat.
