Orange and Cranberry Wreath

Christmas is beginning, with a cinnamon and clove spiced bundt cake flavoured with orange and whole cranberries. It is decorated with orange icing, dried orange and dried cranberries.

The cake was light and crumbly. It was full of flavour and refreshing. The cranberries gave pockets of sweetness which made it delicious. I am also very happy with the celebratory look of it.
